Backstage Crew Workshop
January 4, 2025 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Backstage Crew Workshop
Ages 10+* | Level: Beginner
Learn what it means to work backstage during a production. We will have volunteer actors perform a scene as you run stage crew for the scene. You will learn about setting up the stage, moving set pieces, what to do if a scene goes wrong and more. This is a perfect way for beginners to get hands-on experience and ask any questions you may have to get you set up for volunteering for future productions.
NOTE: Students must dress appropriately. Shoes must be closed-toe and secured with laces or velcro. No open-toe shoes, flip-flops, sandals, or crocs. Bring a water bottle.
